    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

  1. Email us at support@sakshamhealthcare.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention:

    • Your order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a pickup or drop-off option, wherever applicable.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Customized or bulk orders

  • Health supplements that are opened or damaged after delivery
