Return And Refund Policy

At Ruphe19 NATURENEST Health Foods, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products and superfoods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (health foods and Ayurvedic consumables), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product
• The item was damaged in transit
• The product is expired or defective upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You must request a return within 28 hours of delivery
• Proof of purchase and product images must be provided

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days
• Refunds are not issued for items returned without prior approval or for minor packaging issues that do not affect product quality

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you’ve received a wrong or damaged item, please initiate a return, and we will process a replacement or refund accordingly.
