"Why are people surrounded by medicines, yet still unwell?" — The question that started it all. B.Pharm, 2018.
The Founding — 2021
A Question Became a Company.
After completing B.Pharm in 2018 and spending years in the pharmaceutical industry, our founder saw the gap firsthand. People needed not just treatment, but nourishment — real, ancient, natural nourishment.
In 2021, he joined hands with two closest friends and together founded Saksham Healthcare, a medical wholesale firm built on trust and quality. That foundation gave them the credibility to dream bigger.
What if we could bring the world's oldest nutritional wisdom directly to people's homes? That question gave birth to Ruphe19 NatureNest.

The Roots That Shaped Me
Three People Who Planted The Seeds.
A lifelong reader with a deep love for knowledge. Her habit of reading — always curious, always learning — led me to the Charaka Samhita and the world of Ayurvedic wisdom. The knowledge I carry today began with the books she held.
Every visit to the Ayurvedic store with him was a lesson. He showed me firsthand how nature's superfoods could transform health — before I had the vocabulary to call it "wellness." Those walks became the foundation of our formulations.
Business is not just about profit — it is about vision, patience, and purpose. Both my maternal grandfather and my father gave me that lens. Their entrepreneurial spirit gave me the courage to start Ruphe19 Naturenest.
