Ruphe19 NatureNest was born in 2021 from a simple question — What if we could bring the world's oldest nutritional wisdom directly to people's homes?

Our founder's love of Ayurveda began at home: his mother's reading led him to the Charaka Samhita, and visits to the Ayurvedic store with his elder maternal uncle showed him how herbs and superfoods were chosen and used.
